Cancellation and Refund Policy - from 1 July 2020

YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION FOR ANY CPD ACTIVITY ONLY BY EMAIL TO BIFTRAINING@CONTRACTADMIN.NET. CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW. IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE ANY CPD ACTIVITY, A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED OR MAY BE TRANSFERRED BY YOU AS A CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER CPD ACTIVITY

TRAINING SESSIONS OF 3 HOURS OR LESS:

For any training activity with a planned duration of 3 hours or less a full refund will be made for any cancellation made in writing before the first published session for which you have registered and paid to attend.

For any training activity with a planned duration of 3 hours or less NO refund will be made for any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the first published session time for which you have registered and paid to attend.

TRAINING SESSIONS OF MORE THAN 3 HOURS

For any training activity with a planned duration of more than 3 hours a full refund will be made for any cancellation in writing made 5 calendar days or more before the first published session time for which you have registered and paid for attending.

For any training activity with a planned duration of more than 3 hours a 50% refund will be made for any cancellation in writing made more than 72 hours but less than 5 calendar days before the first published session time for which you have registered and paid to attend.

For any training activity with a planned duration of more than 3 hours NO refund will be made for any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the first session for which you have registered and paid to attend.

REFUNDS WILL, WHERE POSSIBLE, BE MADE TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR ACCOUNT FROM WHICH PAYMENT FOR TRAINING WAS MADE.
